M&M Homes is growing, and we’re looking for a creative and motivated part-time social media manager to help build our brand presence and generate real business results.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, filming on-site, and bringing luxury renovation and real estate projects to life through Reels, Stories, and strategy.
Responsibilities include:
• Developing a social media content strategy
• Creating and editing Instagram Reels and short-form video
• On-site filming at renovation and home projects (Jacksonville area)
• Managing posting schedules and engagement
• Helping grow awareness, leads, and brand trust
We’re looking for someone who:
✔ Has experience managing Instagram or TikTok accounts
✔ Is comfortable appearing on camera when needed
✔ Is creative, reliable, and self-directed
✔ Is local to Jacksonville or able to travel regularly
Position Details:
