- Maintain knowledge of store merchandise, including stock levels and product placement, to support merchandising efforts.
- Handle cash drawer operations with precision, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed at all times.
- Assist with stocking shelves, organizing displays, and replenishing inventory to ensure a tidy and inviting store environment.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely.
- Support supervising staff during busy periods or special promotions to ensure smooth store operations.
Experience
