**Duties:**
- Perform hot work on distribution construction projects, pole changes, and conversions from start to finish.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure that work meets industry standards.
- Read and interpret specifications to work effectively.
- Work efficiently to ensure deadlines are met.
- Provide leadership and guidance to construction apprentices.
- Collaborate with project managers to achieve project goals efficiently.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven Journeyman experience in distribution construction projects, pole changes, conversions, and storm work.
- Strong understanding of quality control processes.
- Ability to read and interpret construction specifications accurately.
- Familiarity with distribution power-line operations and maintenance.
- Good housekeeping practices.
- Valid Interstate CDL License and current medical card.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
