Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
- Conduct floor care activities such as vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning
- Handle laundry tasks including washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting surfaces and ensuring hygienic conditions
- Manage janitorial tasks such as trash removal and restocking supplies
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences professionally
- Assist with light cooking or meal prep if required by clients
- Uphold safety protocols and ensure the proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals
- Manage housekeeping responsibilities efficiently to meet scheduled appointments
Experience
- Prior experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is preferred
- Experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or hotel housekeeping is advantageous
- Skills in floor care, carpet cleaning, and sanitation practices are highly desirable
- Background in custodial work or housekeeper management will be considered a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Familiarity with laundry procedures and general janitorial responsibilities is beneficial
