Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, on golf carts.
- Perform routine maintenance such as suspension adjustments, and vehicle inspections to uphold safety standards.
- Disassemble and reassemble golf carts with precision using hand tools, power tools.
- Conduct repairs involving brake systems, suspension components, electrical wiring as needed.
- Maintain detailed records of all service work performed and parts used; ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Assist with assembly of new golf carts or parts following manufacturer specifications.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and offering maintenance advice to clients.
Experience
- Prior dealership experience or experience working as a service technician in an automotive or small engine repair environment is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated mechanic experience with a solid understanding of Golf Carts.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and other mechanical repair tools.
- Knowledge of brake repair, suspension systems, electrical wiring, and general Golf Cart repair techniques.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during repairs or parts handling.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
