About the Role

A growing South Florida pavement marking company is hiring an experienced Road Striping Technician for steady, year-round work. If you know how to lay out and stripe municipal roads and take pride in clean, accurate work, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

• Lay out and stripe municipal roads to spec
• Apply thermoplastic and paint markings
• Perform field measurements and layout
• Set up and maintain MOT (Maintenance of Traffic) zones
• Keep safety and quality front and center on every job

What We're Looking For

• Municipal road striping experience
• Thermoplastic and paint application experience
• Layout and field measurement skills
• MOT experience (preferred)
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
