As a Wound Care Certified Clinical Specialist on our Post-Acute team, you'll be a vital link between our wound care solutions and the healthcare professionals who use them. You’ll work alongside our sales team to deliver education, drive adoption, and improve patient outcomes—all while bringing your deep clinical expertise to the field.
What You'll Do:
The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $130,000 and is eligible for annual bonus and car reimbursement.

What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with Strategic Accounts and Sales teams to drive clinical strategy and support growth in top-priority accounts.
- Lead engaging product and clinical education sessions, including peer-to-peer programs, professional development events, and QIP (Quality Improvement Project) initiatives.
- Support our salesforce in the field—training new hires, mentoring experienced reps, and reinforcing clinical best practices.
- Build meaningful relationships with clinicians, advocate partners, and key influencers in the wound care space.
- Serve as a clinical resource across departments—including Marketing, Strategic Accounts, and Business Development—to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Provide input on new product development, participate in clinical trials, and support market launches.
- Represent Mölnlycke at industry associations and events.
- This role will cover the US; Overnight Travel 65% - 75%. Preferred locations will be Central US near major airport

- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Physical Therapy, or a related specialty required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Current Wound Care certification required:
- CWOCN® (Certified Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nurse)
- CWCN® (Certified Wound Care Nurse)
- CWON® (Certified Wound Ostomy Nurse)
- CWS® (Certified Wound Specialist)
- 5–7 years of progressively responsible experience as a certified wound care clinician.
- In-depth knowledge of chronic wound management, especially venous leg ulcers (VLUs) and compression therapy.
- Solid experience in post-acute care environments, including home health, long-term care, and skilled nursing.
- Strong industry and clinical network is a plus.
- Comfortable presenting to both large and small clinical groups.
- Passionate about patient care, clinical education, and driving real-world outcomes.
