  • Serve as a key partner to R&D, Marketing, Clinical Engagement, and Market Access teams
  • Contribute to publication strategies and support the dissemination of evidence through appropriate channels
  • Help shape future‑focused initiatives, including opportunities to integrate digital tools into pressure injury prevention pathways
  • Maintain awareness of the evolving medical landscape and translate insights into meaningful business and clinical impact
  • Build and leverage relationships with clinicians, KOLs, and external stakeholders to support research and evidence development

What You’ll Bring

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • A strong clinical background, such as:
    • Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in wound care or pressure injury prevention
    • Physician, Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or similar healthcare professional
  • Demonstrated knowledge of pressure injury prevention and/or wound care
  • Experience in medical affairs, clinical research, clinical education, or a clinically focused commercial role
  • The ability to communicate confidently and effectively with:

    • Senior and global stakeholders
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to build trust and rapport across cultures and time zones
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with scientific literature and clinical data
  • A self‑driven, adaptable approach suited to a global, matrix organization
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required credentialing to perform job
Medical affairs experience is valued, but we also welcome applications from clinicians transitioning into medical affairs, particularly those with prior industry or KOL engagement experience.
