- Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee CMMS migration (mid-2026) and optimize maintenance planning.
- Develop predictive and preventative maintenance programs.
- Collaborate with operations and uphold a strong safety culture.
- Education: University degree in Technology or Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience, including 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven project management experience
- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on leadership style.
- Experience implementing TPM and managing CMMS systems.
- Ability to lead teams through change and upskill talent.
- Familiarity with KPIs and efficiency metrics.
- Background in medical device manufacturing.
- Understanding of process technology and facilities management.
