Role Description The Medical Courier is a part-time, on-site role located in New Philadelphia, OH. This role is responsible for picking up, transporting, and delivering medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, and laboratory specimens according to established schedules and protocols. Day-to-day tasks include verifying documentation, maintaining proper handling and security of items, and ensuring deliveries are completed accurately and on time. The Medical Courier will operate company or approved personal vehicles, follow route plans, and adhere to all regulatory and safety requirements. The role also involves interacting professionally with clients and facility staff, reporting any issues or delays, and maintaining clear communication with dispatch and management.

- Strong attention to detail and organization, with the ability to follow delivery procedures and documentation requirements accurately.
- Excellent time management and reliability, including the ability to meet schedules, manage routes, and prioritize multiple deliveries.
- Effective communication and customer service skills for interacting with healthcare staff, clients, and dispatch in a professional manner.
- Safe driving record and familiarity with local and regional routes; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation if required.
