POSITION SUMMARY
The ideal candidate will be a professional and well-versed problem solver who is a critical thinker and loves to work with numbers daily. This person has high volume billing experience, as well as some accounts receivable and collection experience. The candidate is searching for a strong team cultured office that is fast paced and evolving with advanced technology to streamline systems and processes.
Essential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities
· Assist with implementation of new electronic ticketing system and work with managers to ensure fluid implementation into the field.
· Process Daily Tickets; collect, mark, data entry, organize/disperse
· Assist Billing Supervisor with spreadsheets or data collection as needed.
· Spreadsheets; create/add based on daily aggregate tickets
· Invoice customers based on daily field tickets collected from the day
o High volume of billing with efficiency and minimal human errors
· Communicate to customers and receive status on aged invoices
o Record communications for AR team meetings
· Report to supervisor daily and other managers weekly, monthly or as needed
· Back Up admin duties as needed – backfill from vacation
· Travel to other locations for training, development and to ensure quality data collection throughout the company
· Adhere to and enforce all safety standards
· Participate in and promote the safety culture
· Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Proficient computer skills; working with various software, websites and programs
- Excel, Word, Outlook, OneNote, Google Docs, Microsoft Team 365
- Must be comfortable and great with numbers – basic math
- Able to communicate across various forums including email, phone, text, messaging, fax and snail mail.
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment under pressure/deadlines
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Follow instructions given both orally or in writing
- Ability to travel to other locations as needed using personal vehicle, reimbursed expense by company.
