Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and reliable Roll-Off/70 Barrell Driver to join our team! In this vital role, you will operate specialized roll-off trucks to transport and dispose of waste or materials efficiently across various routes. Your expertise in truck driving and handling different trailer types will ensure safe, timely deliveries and pickups. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dedicated team that values safety, professionalism, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate trucks and tractor-trailers to load, transport, and unload waste containers or freight
• Drive various types of trailers including tanker, Low Boy, dump trucks, and specialized roll-off units
• Load and unload materials using appropriate equipment such as forklifts when necessary
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during every delivery or pickup
• Maintain accurate logs of routes driven, loads delivered or picked up, and vehicle inspections
• Perform routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to identify maintenance needs or safety concerns
• Follow designated routes efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and safety standards

Qualifications

• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL-A) with manual transmission experience.
• Proven experience in truck driving, including route driving and freight delivery
• Familiarity with operating tankers, dump trucks, and roll-off trucks
