Duties
- Process vehicle licensing, registration, title transfers, and renewals in accordance with state and local laws
- Verify documentation accuracy and completeness for all vehicle transactions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of policies and procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with licensing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
Experience
- Prior experience as a Qualified or Certified Vehicle Licensing Representative
- Strong understanding of regulations and vehicle licensing processes
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite for documentation, data entry, and report generation
- Excellent writing skills for clear communication of complex regulatory information
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while adhering to strict policies
