M&K Truck Centers of Harrisburg is seeking a motivated, experienced Outside Sales Representative to lead the sales efforts for Fire Rescue Products within an assigned territory. This role combines traditional outside sales with a specialized focus on serving fire departments and emergency services.

Key Responsibilities:
Directly responsible for fire rescue product sales in the assigned territory, including regional accounts, house accounts, and local fire departments.
- Develop and pursue new business opportunities to grow overall sales volume and profitability.
- Conduct in-person customer sales calls and product demonstrations — both during standard business hours and at evening/weekend meetings (common with volunteer fire departments).
- Promote products through flyers, product displays, and community engagement.
Write accurate sales contracts and customer orders in accordance with company policies. - Listen to and resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Achieve assigned sales and profitability goals.
- Maintain account standards and provide exceptional post-sale customer service.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to the sales process.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience required; outside sales experience strongly preferred.
- Prior experience selling fire apparatus is a plus.
- Experience using various computer software and CRM tools is required.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Comfortable with flexible work hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in preparing sales contracts and understanding credit terms.
