Merchandiser

Reports To: Sales Manager

Location: Northwest Arkansas

Description: The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that all products are effectively merchandised and delivered to their designated locations within retail accounts in a timely and organized manner. This position requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, creativity, reliability, and a strong sense of accountability, as the work performed significantly contributes to the team's success.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain a positive Image: Project a positive and professional image when interacting with retailers, coworkers, and consumers, in alignment with company expectations.
• Relationship building: Demonstrate a proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with current retailers and explore opportunities to form new partnerships with potential customers.
• Merchandising and Display Management: Stock and rotate products in all designated coolers, ensuring that existing displays are well-maintained. assist in the creation of new displays that are visually appealing, correctly priced, and attractive to consumers.
• Inventory Management: Rotate and merchandise inventory in retail accounts to prevent stockouts and ensure that products remain in stock until the next delivery date.
• Product Specification: Ensure that products are merchandised in compliance with product specifications and company guidelines.
• Vehicle and Equipment Maintenance: Responsible for maintaining all assigned company equipment and vehicles in working order.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain a positive and professional image.
• Accountability and reliability in performing all job duties.
• Creative thinking and the ability to build visually appealing and effective displays.
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Applicants must be 21 years of age or older.

Physical Requirements:

• The ability to routinely lift between 25-75 lbs.
• Capable of climbing, reaching, and performing various physical maneuvers to carry out the essential functions of the job.
• Regular exposure to outside weather conditions.
• Frequent exposure to extreme cold when merchandising and rotating products in coolers.
