We are looking for a Full-time Assistant Manager Maintenance Technician.
The Full time Assistant Manager Maintenance Technician is responsible for Hiring maintenance employees/training and working with supervisors, onsite staff, and residents to insure all maintenance is executed in a timely professional manner.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Apartment maintenance experience preferred
- Valid drivers license
- Reliable transportation
- Must have own tools

The Full time Apartment assistant manager Maintenance Technician is required to work with maintenance employees who maintain the properties, perform service request for current residents, and return unoccupied apartments to a rent ready condition.
