- Respond swiftly to incidents or emergencies, including medical situations requiring CPR or first aid intervention
- Manage conflict situations with professionalism and tact, de-escalating potential threats effectively
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during incidents or investigations
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security breaches to ensure accurate record-keeping
Skills
- Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service or related fields with a focus on safety and protection
- Strong surveillance skills with proficiency in CCTV operation and monitoring systems
- Knowledge of loss prevention strategies to protect assets from theft or damage
- Ability to perform first aid and CPR confidently in emergency situations
