M&J Landscaping Management is a veteran-owned commercial landscape company serving retail, commercial, medical, institutional, and government properties throughout the Phoenix area.
We're looking for an experienced landscape professional who is ready for more than simply running a crew.
This position is ideal for someone with commercial landscape management experience who enjoys leading people, solving problems, maintaining quality standards, and helping build a growing company.
Responsibilities include:
• Supervising commercial landscape crews
• Coordinating daily operations and job completion
• Conducting site inspections and quality control
• Identifying irrigation and landscape issues
• Communicating professionally with clients and management
• Supporting operational improvements and company growth
Qualifications:
• Commercial landscape maintenance experience
• Crew leader, foreman, or supervisory experience
• Irrigation knowledge including optimization and repair
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
