About the Role:
M&J Enterprises Construction Inc. is currently seeking highly motivated and skilled TTT1 and TTT2 Tower Hands to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Tower Hand, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunication towers and associated equipment. You will work closely with a team of professionals to ensure the safety and quality of all work performed. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work at heights.
Minimum Qualifications:
- TTT1 and/or TTT2 certification
- Ability to climb towers and work at heights
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience working in the telecommunications industry
- Experience working with Verizon or AT&T in new builds and upgrades
- Experience with RF and fiber testing equipment
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification
- Ability to travel as needed (hotel is provided)
Responsibilities:
- Climb towers to perform installation, maintenance, and repair work
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with equipment
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
