We are currently seeking experienced, licensed HVAC Service Technicians and Installers who are motivated, dependable, and eager to continue growing their skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, repair, maintain, and install residential and commercial HVAC/R systems.
- Work on a variety of equipment including:
- Rooftop Units (RTUs)
- Split Systems
- Hydronic Heating Systems
- Radiant Heating Equipment
- Exhaust and Ventilation Systems
- Refrigeration Equipment
- HVAC piping and related mechanical systems
- Prepare materials and equipment needed for installation projects.
- Manage your daily schedule and maintain accurate service documentation.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while representing the company professionally.
- Participate in an on-call rotation with additional compensation.
Qualifications
- Valid Connecticut HVAC/R License (Required)
- Minimum of 1 year of HVAC service or installation experience
- Construction experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
