Role Expectations:
We are seeking a skilled Laborer who will support daily field operations by performing a variety of physical and manual tasks such as site preparation, material handling, trenching, and cleanup. The ideal candidate will be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to take direction from supervisors and foremen. Laborers are expected to contribute to a productive and organized jobsite while working effectively as part of a team.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
· Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
· Ability to navigate difficult terrain and lift up to 50 pounds.
· Knowledge of basic construction tools and materials.
· Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately.
· Skill in operating hand and power tools safely.
· Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
· Basic understanding of jobsite safety practices.
· Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
· Dependability in showing up on time and ready to work.
Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or GED required.
· Valid drivers license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
· Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and MVR check.
· Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
