Duties
- Assist customers with product inquiries, provide knowledgeable recommendations, and deliver outstanding customer service to enhance their shopping experience
- Stock shelves efficiently by receiving shipments, unpacking merchandise, and organizing products according to store standards
- Operate material handling equipment such as RF scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts safely to load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse
- Conduct inventory control activities including cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and updating inventory management systems accurately
- Ensure proper packaging of products for shipping or display, maintaining quality standards and safety protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and storage areas to promote a safe shopping environment
- Support shipping & receiving processes by loading and unloading trucks while adhering to safe lifting practices and manual handling procedures
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience or retail store experience is highly preferred
- Ability to operate equipment such as RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts, and manual handling tools confidently and safely
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control and stock management
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for extended periods, and performing manual handling tasks
- Basic math skills for inventory counting, pricing accuracy, and transaction processing
- Knowledge of retail merchandising standards and customer service principles
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with good organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
