Duties And Responsibilities
- Greets and registers potential home buyers
- Prepares brochure collateral
- Provides information regarding communities and product features via demonstration of model home features. If applicable, may pre-qualify home buyer including calculation of approximate mortgage payments on selected models to assess and recommend appropriate models
- Orders supplies for sales center and model homes
- Maintains model home appearance
- Performs general office administrative duties
- Assists with special projects as requested and perform additional duties as required
- Maintains a business professional appearance
