This is a true partnership-track opportunity with no upfront investment required. You’ll receive performance-based profit sharing from day one, along with a clear path toward equity based on your results and leadership.
What You’ll Do
• Lead a dedicated five-person design team
• Manage client meetings, sales conversations, and overall design direction
• Create exceptional, functional landscapes for luxury residential properties
• Use our proprietary, technology-driven design process, including LiDAR, 3D renderings, and systematized workflows
• Focus on creative leadership while our team supports drafting, administration, and marketing

What We’re Looking For
✔ Florida Landscape Architect license, or a commitment to obtaining one
✔ 5 years of luxury residential landscape design experience
✔ Proven team leadership experience
✔ Strong sales, presentation, and client communication skills
✔ Confidence using technology and modern design tools
