Muhlbauer, Inc. seeks to hire a Field Services Engineer located in Newport News, VA area to install, troubleshoot, and provide training on machines and systems. The ideal candidates have hands-on skills and an aptitude for electronics, mechanics and software. Candidates must be proactive, self-motivated, and organized with their work.

- Installation of the machines and systems
- Trouble-shooting, repairs and maintenance of systems
- Production and hotline support
- Follow appropriate procedures for each service event
- Complete appropriate written documentation and feedback for service interventions
- Travel 80% of the time to customer sites internally and externally from US
- Very good technical understanding as well as good mechanical skills
- Proven hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment; preferrable a bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a High School diploma (or equivalent) with over 5 years of experience in related fields
- Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
- Must be a US Citizen
