Fairview Range is hiring an Environmental Services Assistant in our Housekeeping Department in Hibbing, MN.
As an Environmental Service Assistant, you will Provide an outstanding level of cleaning quality in an assigned area to maintain a clean working environment consistent with department procedures and protocols.
Schedule: This position will work 80 hours per two weeks on the Day shift. Weekends: Every other weekend

As an Environmental Services Assistant, you are responsible for:
- Providing outstanding customer service.
- Working collaboratively as part of a team.
- Exhibiting outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrating accurate safety, emergency, and security protocols.
- Demonstrating accurate use and care of equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must possess the ability to read, write, add numbers and follow written and oral directions.
- Must demonstrate aptitude for successful completion of tasks.
- Must have knowledge of cleaning methods, materials and equipment.
- Ability to interact effectively through demonstration of positive and effective communication.
- Ability to coordinate and prioritize.
- Able to function under pressure and in stressful situations.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years cleaning experience
