Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Machine Shop Supervisor located in Anniston, AL. The Machine Shop Supervisor will oversee daily machining operations, manage production schedules, and ensure quality standards are maintained. The role entails supervising team members, planning production tasks, monitoring machining processes, and collaborating with other departments to meet production goals efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills with experience in team management and leadership
- Proficiency in Production Planning and managing workflows to meet deadlines
- Hands-on experience with Milling and Machining processes
- Knowledge of Quality Control practices and maintaining production standards
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site manufacturing environment
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing or machine shop is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or higher education in a relevant field is a plus
