Residential & Commercial Cleaning Technician
Location: Cadillac, MI
Pay:
- $16/hour – Monday through Friday (No weekends)
- $18/hour – If you're willing to work occasional weekend shifts

Schedule:
Part-time with a flexible schedule, typically 9:00 AM to 1:00–3:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Weekend work is optional for higher pay.

What You'll Do
As a Cleaning Technician, you'll work independently and as part of a team to provide high-quality cleaning services for residential and commercial clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Performing recurring maintenance cleans
- Assisting with deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleans, and occasional specialty projects
- Cleaning commercial buildings and offices
- Using cleaning products and equipment safely
- Following detailed job notes and checklists
- Communicating with office staff and teammates throughout the day
- Providing friendly, professional customer service
- Maintaining our high standards of quality and attention to detail
