Duties:
Processing new hire paperwork
Updating and maintaining employee payroll records
Assisting with internal and external audits
Ensuring accuracy of weekly time records
Processing manual payroll calculations
Researching payroll issues and discrepancies
Assisting with biweekly payroll processing
Assisting with quarterly and year-end payroll reporting
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Associates in Accounting, Business or related field preferred
Experience in processing payroll and familiarity with payroll software
Ability to effectively communicate with various managers and employees
Ability to multitask and work under strict deadlines
Must maintain employee confidentiality and privacy
Must pass background check.
