Responsibilities
- Interpret and execute framing tasks based on blueprints and schematics
- Frame second story roofs and carry out miscellaneous carpentry projects
- Work efficiently as part of a framing crew under the site supervisor's direction
- Maintain construction site safety and comply with safety standards
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
- Problem-solve on-site challenges to ensure project quality and timelines
- Demonstrate physical stamina and attention to detail in all tasks
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in carpentry and framing
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Proficiency in framing techniques and roof framing
