About Us
M & F Home Solutions is a growing glass fabrication company specializing in frameless shower enclosures, railings, mirrors, and custom glass solutions. We are looking for a detail-oriented Glass Designer Coordinator to bridge the gap between customer drawings, production, and delivery operations.
Position Overview
This role is responsible for reviewing, creating, and confirming customer drawings and specifications for glass systems while coordinating with production, dispatch, and logistics teams. You will play a key role in ensuring orders are accurate, on time, and production-ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and interpret customer drawings and specifications for:
- Frameless shower enclosures
- Glass railings
- Tempered and laminated glass
- Create and modify drawings using Smart Glazier and CAD software
- Confirm all measurements, glass specs, hardware, and fabrication details before production
- Communicate with customers to clarify drawings, specs, and approvals
- Coordinate with production manager and fabrication team to ensure accuracy and readiness
- Work closely with dispatch and logistics teams to schedule deliveries and provide ETAs
- Walk the warehouse to verify orders are completed, labeled, and ready for delivery
- Track order progress and proactively follow up on delays or issues
- Provide updates to inside sales/customer service reps and customers
- Ensure all orders meet company standards before release
Qualifications
- Experience in glass industry (showers, railings, or fabrication required)
- Proficiency in CAD software and Smart Glazier (or similar systems)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements
- Strong understanding of glass types, thicknesses, and fabrication processes
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills (internal teams customers)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced production environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with frameless shower systems and railing layouts
- Knowledge of tempering and lamination processes
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
