Position Summary
Provides a wide range of support to the Deposit Operations Manager and all the other Bank departments. In particular, this position is responsible for monitoring and processing all items related to the Deposit Operations of the Bank.
Provides a wide range of support to the Deposit Operations Manager and all the other Bank departments. In particular, this position is responsible for monitoring and processing all items related to the Deposit Operations of the Bank.
- Responsible for monitoring and addressing all non-post, stop pays, positive pay or NSF items on a daily basis;
- Responsible for processing foreign items and returned mail;
- Process chargeback’s, ACH items, wires and CD interest Checks;
- Responsible for verifying that all wires are in compliance with Bank policy;
- Responsible for processing daily reports and settlements as delegated by the Deposits Operations Manager;
- Process daily account maintenance requests in accordance with Bank policy and file properly;
- Maintain detail records on all work responsibilities;
- Remain current on and adhere to all regulatory requirements and training;
- Responsible for processing levies, garnishments and bankruptcy requests;
- Responsible for processing branch capture work and for review mobile and merchant capture deposits;
