M & E Roofing, LLC is now hiring hard working, reliable individuals to augment our siding crews.
M & E Roofing, LLC has been serving the Central PA region for almost 50 years. M & E specializes in roof, siding, window and door replacements as well as new construction.
4 years experience is required. Starting pay will be based on past experience in siding and/or construction.
- Installation and Repair:
- Install, repair, and replace various siding systems (vinyl siding, aluminum trim and window capping).
- Ensure siding is installed properly to create a watertight exterior.
- Inspection and Maintenance:
- Inspect siding for damage or wear.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Adhere to local building codes and safety protocols.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Material Handling:
- Select, transport, and store siding materials properly.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work effectively with the siding team and communicate with project managers and clients.
- Problem-Solving:
- Address and resolve issues during projects, such as unexpected damage or delays.
- Customer Service:
- Provide project updates to clients and address their concerns.
- Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of work performed and prepare reports on completed projects
