Position Summary
The MEMO Sales Process Integration serves as the primary point of contact between M&D Distributors and MEMO, as well as other M&D-affiliated companies. This role is responsible for supporting product inquiries, order tracking, looking up lead-times, and general communication related to MEMO products. The position requires strong product knowledge, attention to detail, good communicator via written & verbal and a team-oriented mindset to support internal teams efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the liaison between M&D Distributors, MEMO, and other M&D companies.
- Develop and maintain proficiency in MEMO e-commerce platform and internal web portal.
- Develop and maintain proficiency in Prelude, TheDieselStore.com and Salesforce
- Research, identify, and quote MEMO parts and related products for:
- Branch Managers
- Inside Sales Teams
- Outside Sales Representatives
- Other M&D companies
- Provide accurate and timely information on product availability, specifications, and alternatives.
- Retrieve and communicate order status, tracking numbers, and shipment updates.
- Respond to general inquiries regarding MEMO products and services.
- Support internal teams by handling requests promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain organized records and ensure clear communication across departments.
- Consistent in follow-ups when needed.
- Assist with additional tasks and projects as needed to support team objectives.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Diesel Engine Parts background a plus.
- Customer Service &/or Sales experience a plus.
- Ability to work extended hours in an office environment.
- Occasional light lifting may be required.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Willingness to take initiative and assist with a wide range of tasks.
- Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screening.
- Fosters good coworker citizenship and contributes to a positive work environment.
