Position Summary
The Logistics Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, primarily focusing on order accuracy and inventory support. This role plays a key part in ensuring our system (Prelude) runs smoothly and our back-end processes are efficient and accurate.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Learn and become proficient in Prelude to support operational accuracy.
- Resolve daily system issues, including:
- Fixing back orders
- Ensuring pick tickets are correctly assigned
- Creating and processing transfer orders
- Entering and tracking credit memos
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and tracking purposes.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- Collaborate with warehouse and inventory teams to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Assist with inventory control and reconciliation as needed.
- Inspect cores and issue core credits as needed.
- Inspect order accuracy before accepting vendor deliveries.
- Perform quality checks on inventory.
- Conduct regular cycle counts.
- Report inventory discrepancies to leadership.
- Follow all company policies related to Loss Prevention.
- Prior administrative or operations experience preferred
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems (Prelude experience is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with a fast-paced, evolving work environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screening.
- Fosters good coworker citizenship and contributes to a positive work environment.
