We are seeking a highly experienced Provider Contracting Associate to join our medical billing team. This role negotiates assigned contracts and letters of agreement with insurance plans for out-of-net network providers. The ideal candidate would be accountable for coordinating, preparing and executing letters of agreement with healthcare plans. They will work to ensure that the providers are properly reimbursed.

We are seeking a highly experienced Provider Contracting Associate to join our medical billing team. Key Responsibilities
- Initiates, negotiates and tracks provider letters of agreement.
- Communicates proactively with the GAP department for smooth transition from GAP approval to letter of agreement.
- Communicates with patients to assist with insurance companies to facilitate letter of agreements.
- Maintain thorough records of interactions, agreements, and outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with doctors' offices.
- Participates in other contracting related projects as directed.
- Knowledge of GAP insurance policies and healthcare systems.
- A degree in healthcare management, business, finance, or related field.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and interpret complex medical bills and insurance documents.
- Proficiency in relevant software for claims processing.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance.
- Problem-solving skills to resolve coverage issues.
- Strong attention to detail and persuasive telephone skills
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Teams, Power BI reporting, Salesforce
