Role Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Billing Specialist to join our high-volume, fast-paced team. In this role, you will support our department by coordinating out-of-network authorization requests, managing caseloads, and communicating with patients and insurance.
This is an on-site position where you will work closely with internal teams, healthcare providers, and insurance representatives to help patients access the care they need.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Medical billing and insurance claims experience
- Coding experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage high-volume tasks
- Proficiency with billing software, data entry, and basic reporting tools
- Must work full-time on-site in Las Vegas, NV
