Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Patient Service Representative based in Chicago, IL. The individual in this role will handle appointment scheduling, manage patient inquiries with excellent phone etiquette, verify insurance details, and provide assistance with administrative tasks in a medical office setting. The Patient Service Representative will play a key role in ensuring a seamless and professional patient experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in Appointment Scheduling and proficiency in managing patient workflows
- Strong Phone Etiquette and effective communication skills
- Knowledge of Insurance Verification processes
- Familiarity with Medical Terminology and ability to apply it in patient interactions
- Experience working in a Medical Office environment
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a professional and empathetic manner
- Previous experience in dermatology or healthcare is a plus
