Nibblers, an M Culinary Concept, is searching for a passionate Delivery Driver/Server to join our vibrant team and help us create incredible catering experiences across the Southwest. We’re an award-winning catering company based in Phoenix, AZ (we're talking TOP COMPANIES TO WORK FOR & GREAT PLACES TO WORK three years running!).
About the Role:
As a Driver/Server at Nibblers, you are essential to our catering company’s success! Each day starts early as you load your vehicle with everything needed for a variety of events, from simple disposable drop-offs to upscale deliveries, full-service events, or a mix of styles. Some deliveries require teamwork with a buddy, while others you handle independently. Once your vehicle is loaded, you’re off to deliver and set up at venues across the valley, ensuring everything is perfectly prepared and product quality is maintained during transport.
At the venue, you’ll connect with the person in charge, set up food stations, and sometimes stay to serve or supervise. You may complete up to six deliveries in a day, spanning breakfast, lunch, and dinner events. After the final delivery, your shift wraps up with cleaning your vehicle, returning equipment, and preparing for the next day. In this active role, your warm, friendly, and professional demeanor ensures guests have an exceptional experience while you enjoy meeting new people and making personal connections.

What we need from you:
- A positive attitude, reliability, detail-oriented and strong customer service skills.
- Time management and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and proficiency driving/parking large vehicles.
- Valid food handler’s card (or ability to obtain one).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
