What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Associate position at M Collection Home + Design?
Great opportunity to work in a friendly and dynamic environment! M Collection is a furniture/homewares store in the heart of Dumbo in Brooklyn and we need an energetic and friendly person to work in the store on weekends (and possibly afternoons on Thursdays and Fridays) to assist the Manager.
This is a commission-based job but you will be paid $17 - $19/hour guaranteed an hour (depending on your work experience). We will discuss the commission rates during the interview process.

Responsibilities:
- Work directly alongside Manager/Head of Sales
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Some product organization and light cleaning
Qualifications:
- Must have sales or customer service experience
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Must be available to work weekends and a few evenings during the week
- Positive and professional demeanor at all times
- Friendly and outgoing
