Core Responsibilities
- Maintain the Environment
- Uphold a consistently clean, polished, and organized dining room. Floors, chairs, tables, and surrounding areas must remain immaculate at all times. Sweep, mop, and detail continuously—this is not a task, it is a standard.
- Table Clearing & Resetting
Clear tables efficiently and discreetly, removing all dishware, glassware, and debris with precision. Sanitize and reset each table to M Cantina standards immediately, ensuring readiness for the next guest without delay.
- Stocking & Par Levels
Maintain appropriate and consistent stock levels of glassware, silverware, dishware, and service items. Polish where needed and restock proactively—never reactively.Prepare and replenish coffee, tea, and ice water with attention to quality, presentation, and timing. Anticipate guest needs before they are requested.Assist servers and kitchen by delivering food promptly, accurately, and with awareness of table positions and service flow. Every plate matters—run with purpose.Support the bar by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and stock levels. Ensure the bar reflects the same standards as the dining room at all times.Keep all designated service stations clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the shift. Stations should always be prepared for peak service—no exceptions.Anticipate the needs of servers, bartenders, and managers. Step in without being asked. This role requires constant awareness of the room and the team.Assist in resetting and preparing the restaurant for the next shift, ensuring a seamless transition between services.
