Fine Dining Experienced Server

• Attentively and accurately take food and beverage orders, anticipating guest needs with grace and care
• Deliver orders promptly and with precision, ensuring each dish and drink is presented with pride and excellence
• Offer thoughtful menu recommendations and inspire guests to explore and enjoy our curated offerings
• Manage financial transactions with honesty and meticulous attention to detail
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and order within the dining environment, reflecting our unwavering commitment to excellence
• Collaborate harmoniously with culinary and service colleagues to ensure seamless, timely service
• Proactively address guest inquiries and concerns with empathy, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive and lasting impression

Qualifications and Experience:

• Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is highly preferred, especially in environments where exceptional guest care is paramount
• Familiarity with the Square POS system is advantageous
• Demonstrated skill in cash handling and transaction accuracy
• Ability to excel under pressure in a fast-paced setting while embodying a calm, positive, and professional demeanor
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a passion for uplifting others through service
• Experience in banquet or catering service is an asset
• Solid mathematical skills to ensure precision in order taking and billing
• Natural aptitude for sales and upselling, always with the guest’s best interests in mind
• Exceptional attention to detail in every aspect of service and presentation
