**Job Summary:** We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive dining experience.
**Duties:** - Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them accordingly - Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently - Provide menus and relay information about specials - Collaborate with servers to ensure prompt service - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area - Assist in setting up dining areas for service-Running Food-Bussing Tables
**Requirements:** - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Point of Sale systems - Prior experience in a hotel or fine-dining service establishment preferred - Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills - Ability to handle guest relations with professionalism and hospitality - Willingness to assist wherever needed to ensure smooth operations.
