What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bookkeeper position at M.C. LLC?
Temporary Assignment - 3 months; Monday to Friday; Nonexempt
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Prepare and enter monthly Journal Entries for various entities
- Preparing journal entries to move manual bookkeeping onto Sage 300
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience as a Bookkeeper - 5 or more years required
- Experience using accounting software - Sage 300
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
- Must be highly organized
- Must be detail oriented
- Ten key By Touch
- Fast-paced office environment
- Occasional pressure to produce under severe time constraints and deadlines. May be requested to work overtime.
- While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle or feel and talk or hear.
- The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Salary : $30 - $35
