Job Overview
We are seeking detail-oriented Project Manager to check up and schedule Garage Door repair and installation projects. Help load and unload trucks, Manage Inventory and order materials and supplies as needed.
Responsibilities
- Do site checks on new projects to confirm garage door openings are framed and sized correctly, Coordinate with contractors/trades to schedule projects
- Help with door deliveries and warehouse sorting. Manage warehouse Inventory and deliver doors/parts
- Manage project documentation including change orders, RFIs (Request for Information), daily reports, and progress updates
- Conduct site inspections to verify work quality and do minor tasks to complete projects.
Qualifications
- Experience as Project Manager with a background in construction projects preffered
- Ability in project scheduling, blueprint reading, and schematics interpretation.
- Hands-on construction site experience with a solid understanding of safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Strong leadership qualities with experience in project coordination
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
