Job Purpose
As a Shift Lead, you'll help oversee operations, ensure safety and quality, and efficient team performance. You will guide and coach the team to deliver excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Ensure all safety and sanitation standards are consistently met.
- Communicate effectively with the team, offering guidance and resolving conflicts.
- Lead by example and coach the team to meet performance and operational standards (ex: quality food, customer satisfaction).
- Monitor the team and team members complete their assigned tasks.
- Handle customer complaints professionally.
- Other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions

- Intermittent pressure to produce under severe time constraints.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
- Lift and move inventory items, trashcans and other work-related items (up to 50 pounds).
- Must be able to: push, pull, pull up, bend at the knees and waist, twist body at the waist, raise and hold arms overhead, turn head-neck-shoulders as needed, grasp and hold tools and other items with hands, throughout the shift.
Salary : $21 - $23
