What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal Assembly (Laurel, MS) position at M&C Assemblies?
We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated, reliable individuals (with previous bicycle assembly experience) to join our team this holiday season in our retail client locations! As a Seasonal Assembly Specialist, you will receive training in performing quality bicycle assemblies, understanding company and client SOPs, and ensuring that your assigned locations are ready to drive holiday bicycle sales.
*Laurel, MS area.*
Requirements: (Resume is required)
You must be at least 18 years old and able to lift 25 lbs consistently.
You must have reliable transportation and be able to check in before 9am.
You must have a smartphone with a working camera, for invoicing purposes.
You must have your own bicycle tools: 3/8 Drive Allen (hex) sockets / keys, torque wrench, pedal wrench, diagonal cutting pliers, screwdrivers, bike stand, etc.
You must adhere to company direction and scheduling.
Provided company t-shirts must be worn daily.
Availability:
This is a seasonal opportunity: October through January 1st, 2026.
Hours will vary, depending on client needs, but could start as early as 6am and last as late as 7pm, Monday through Friday.
