Area Manager – Job Description
M&C Assemblies is the dominant assembly provider in the industry. We have been in business for over 30 years, and pride ourselves on being the best in the industry! We cater to large national retail chains for in-store assembly of retail products such as: toolboxes, grills, wheelbarrows, furniture, mowers, cabinets, etc.

As an Area Manager you would oversee a group of accounts, cultivate customer relationships, maintain excellent quality control, and handle most of the staffing needs including but not limited to On-boarding, Training, and Scheduling. This is a full-time position requiring 45 hours per week and reports to the Regional Vice President in your market.
Position Requirements:
- 4 years of prior retail assembly experience or equivalent
- Specifically: grills, riding mowers, and wheelbarrows
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Work references
- Some assembly services will be required.
- Computer navigation skills including MS Office, Outlook Email, and MS Teams.
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background screen and MVR.
- Previous management or military experience is a plus.
- Required availability including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Basic Requirements:

Compensation:
- Annualized base salary, paid biweekly.
- Commission up to 6% on crew assemblies, paid monthly.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
