Duties
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable.
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems and maintain accurate client records.
- Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, providing information about services, products, and promotions.
- Assist the team with daily salon operations
- Perform cashiering duties including cash handling, basic math calculations, and processing payments accurately.
- Stock and organize retail shelves, assist with inventory management, and ensure cleanliness of the reception area.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service roles; supervisory experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and retail math calculations.
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities.
- Bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately; prior experience in grocery store or retail settings is advantageous.
