What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers throughout the vehicle-buying experience from initial contact through delivery.
- Listen to customer needs and help match them with the right vehicle, options, and financing solutions.
- Explain vehicle features, pricing, trade-in options, and available products in a clear and professional manner.
- Support the finance process by gathering information, helping prepare paperwork, and working closely with the finance team.
- Follow up with customers by phone, email, and in person to provide excellent service and build long-term relationships.
- Maintain a strong understanding of available inventory, dealership processes, and customer programs.
- Contribute to team goals while creating a positive, low-pressure customer experience.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales, retail, customer service, automotive, or finance experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license required.
Pay: $60,000.00–$100,000.00 per year
